If you have filled them out already, you should have a copy in your files. If you did them online, you should have a user name and pass word to access your files. Or you can contact the IRS for a copy and wait about 2 months to get it in the mail.
the quickest way to get around all this is to do a mock form using your W-2 from last year and do it again. That way you will have all the correct information.

Have you filled them out already? I mean, did you fill them out for tax purposes and sent them of to the IRS ? If so, you can contact the IRS and ask for a copy of your tax forms. It is good practice to make a photocopy of all your tax forms before sending them out. It saves a lot of time and headaches.

If you need copies of the forms for the 2005 tax year (Federal), you can go to IRS.gov and select the tax forms you need from the menu online. (Blank copies, not your own personal copies filled out)

Some public libraries may have copies left over for you to take. If these libraries are like my neighborhood library, the copies may be long gone since tax season ended in mid-April.

I hope this helps.

Well if you were like most normal human beings you would have kept a copy of them, but I'm guessing you didn't do that since you're asking such a stupid question. Next time make a copy.
