o.k., so i really need to go shopping but i can't cash my husbands check til tomorrow. so this is whats in my fridge...homemade pinto beans(from last night), frozen vegs., sausage, mac n' cheese, spaghetti noodles, can of chili, corn tortillas. Please any ideas?????

I am a 34 year old female with this condition & everything that my doctor has tried has failed in getting it under control. Currently I am on oxygen 24/7 and I have a CPAP machine with oxygen at night due to sleep apnea. Unfortunately, I also have seizures, fibromyalgia, rheumatiod arthritis, lupus, depression, panic/anxiety disorder, I also have 4 spots on the front of my brain which my doctor does not know what it is. I know that sarcoids can spread to other organs but doctor says that it generally stays in place?? However, I have been having vision loss in my right eye, my pcp checked my eyes and I could only read one letter on the 2nd line. Can sarcoids be affecting my eyes now. I am scared. My lung doctor has dismissed me as a patient due to the this statement: I don't know if I can help you, more than likely you have had this disease for over 10 years and the other doctors just let it go. So in other words he didn't want to be stuck in the middle. Waiting on disability court date

I just started talking to this woman who is divorced. I'm separated and I told her that up front and that I am not looking to get into any relationships, especially since I still married and don't want to create any more problems for myself. Plus I'm not ready to date let alone be in a relationship. She on the other hand wants me to speed up my divorce and be with her. I told her that I can't do that and that I still love my wife. What's the best way too create some distance between her and me without hurting her feelings. The truth is she's a nice lady who is very attractive and would make a good mate but I'm far from wanting to be back in that boat. Especially with someone who seems to be desperate. Who’s got the best advice? I already thought about faking my own death or alien abduction to get out of this situation but let’s be honest, I need real answers.

Well I am deeply in love with my ex boyfriend but he no longer feels the same about me. I really would like to try again to be his baby. I mean he tells me that he loves me but then again he doesn't act like he cares anymore. I GOT IT BAD! To be completly honest I have been in love with him since the first day I laid eyes on him! When we made it official that we were together last summer my heart just opened up to him and only him. He was so sweet, I loved everything about him. Every time I was near him my heart would race. I loved his smile so much that I can still picture in my mind. We are still friends but it is so hard to just be friends with someone that you care about so deeply. Its like his feeling just changed over night but I am still stuck on him. I want to get over him but at the same time I LOVE HIM WITH ALL MY HEART and I dont ever see him leaving it. What should I do???

People always say, 'the Blues are simple.' Well, that's true 'the Blues are simple' if you ignore the freaking complexities!'

HOW TO SING THE BLUES  

1. Most blues begin "woke up this morning."  
2. "I got a good woman" is a bad way to begin the blues, unless you stick something nasty in the next line. Like;

"I got a good woman with the meanest dog in town."  

3. Blues are simple. After you have the first line right, repeat it. Then find something that rhymes. Sort of.  

"Got a good woman with the meanest dog in town. He got teeth like Margaret Thatcher and he weighs about 500 pounds."  

4. The blues are not about limitless choice. Blues cars are Chevies and Cadillacs. Other acceptable blues transportation is a Greyhound bus or a southbound train. Walkin’ plays a major part in the blues lifestyle. So does fixin’ to die.  

6. Teenagers cant sing the blues. Adults sing the blues. Blues adulthood means old enough to get the electric chair if you shoot a man in Memphis.  

7. You can have the blues in New York City, but not in Brooklyn or Queens. Hard times in Vermont or North Dakota are just a depression. Chicago, St. Louis and Kansas City are still the best places to have the blues.  

8. The following colors do not belong in the blues:   
a. violet  
b. beige  
c. mauve  
d. magenta

9. You cant have the blues in an office or a shopping mall, the lighting is wrong.  

10. Good places for the Blues:   
a. the highway  
b. the jailhouse  
c. the empty bed  
d. the corner of Elm St. & Vine

Bad places:   
a. Ashrams  
b. Gallery openings  
c. weekend in the Hamptons  
d. on a trip to disney world

11. No one will believe it's the blues if you wear a suit, unless you happen to be an old black man. Especially if you spent the night in the suit and it shows the fruppiness!

12. Do you have the right to sing the blues?   
Yes, if:   
a. your first name is a southern state, like Georgia  
b. you're blind  
c. you shot a man in Memphis.  
d. you cant be satisfied.  

No, if:   
a. you were once blind but now can see.  
b. you're deaf  
c. you have a trust fund.  
d. you're a teen-ager it don't matter how many men you kill in Memphis

13. Neither Julio Iglesias nor Barbara Streisand can sing the blues.  

14. If you ask for water and your baby gives you gasoline, it's the blues. Other blues beverages are:   
a. cheap wine not Chateau whatever
b. Irish whiskey or Jack
c. Muddy water
d. water down-stream from a toxic waste dump

Blues beverages are NOT:   
a. Any mixed drink  
b. Any wine kosher for Passover  
c. Yoo Hoo (all flavors)   
d. bottles water (Blues people drink from the freaking hose!)

15. If it occurs in a cheap motel or a shotgun shack, it's a blues death. Stabbed in the back by a jealous lover is a blues way to die. So is the electric chair, substance abuse or being denied treatment in an emergency room. It is not a blues death, if you die during a liposuction treatment.  

16. Some Blues names for Women  
a. Sadie  
b. Big Mama  
c. Bessie  
d. Little Girl

17. Some Blues Names for Men  
a. Joe  
b. Willy 
c. Little Willie  
d. Lightning  

Persons with names like Sierra or Sequoia will not be permitted to sing the blues no matter how many men they shoot in Memphis.  

17B. Other Blues Names (Starter Kit)   
a. Name of Physical infirmity (Blind, Cripple, Asthmatic)   
b. First name (see above) or name of fruit (Lemon, Lime, Kiwi)   
c. Last Name of President (Jefferson, Johnson, Fillmore, etc.)  

Okay let me try this; "One-armed tattooed Willy Cantelope Clinton..." Now let me know how that 'rolls off the tongue?'

I want another child and I am not sure if I should ask the Lord to help us. I mean because He is supposed to know the desires of my heart, so He already knows I want another child. Do you think I should just be patient and wait. See I had my tubes tied 7 years ago while I was a nonbeliever. Now I am regreting trying decide my own future.
