I believe nose and ears stop growing when the body does or they'd be way out of proportion. The eyes are basically "full grown" as a baby which is why their eyes are so large and luminous.

actually our eyes do grow a little then stop. ears never stop. nose? i think it eventually stops.

No... they grow bigger, like your head, what if your eye when you're a baby is as big as it is now, man, I just CAN'T imagine it!
