Layer pinto beans in a casserole dish, place corn tortillas on top, then more beans, a layer of tortillas, then the chili. If you have cheese, sprinkle that on top. Cook at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti noodles and toss with cooked frozen veggies.
Mix Mac n' cheese with sausage, and serve with vegetables.
Make bean burritos, place in casserole dish, cover with chili and heat.

Actually that sounds pretty good right there!
Mix some of the beans with the sausage. If you have salsa add some of that. Also cheese or cheez whiz. Mix and serve in the corn tortillas.
Open that can of chili and add the rest of the beans to make it go farther.
Mix the vegs with the mac and cheese and spag noodles. Add a can of tomato soup (no water added) and put it in a casserole dish in the oven to heat through.
There you have 3 good meals.

Make some refried beans with the pintos and chili and load it into corn tortillos (like a corn taco). Cook the beans in the microwave about ten minutes and use a potato masher to smash them up for refritos.
Mix the sausage into the mac'n cheese for a side dish. Add alittle milk to keep the mac n' cheese creamy.
You cook also cook the veggies in a garlic and butter sauce for a real treat for your meal!
Hope you enjoy!

We used to eat what we call scrap-o when I was a kid. I thought it was the best stuff ever, especially since it was never the same. You can stirfry your frozed veggies in a little oil and any seasonings you happen to have in the house. As a matter of fact, we used to use the cheese powder from the mac n cheese to stirfry. It's very yummy. Then make some sausage balls (some flower, an egg, sausage, seasonings) roll them into little balls, and bake them up in the oven. Then you can make some spagetti, put on your cheesy stirfried veggies, and your meatballs on top and PRESTO! A yummy dinner made all from scraps! (You can throw in the beans too... beans are good in anything :o)

I always mix old leftovers with fresh spices. Leftovers tend to be boring, right? So mix it all up into a lump, add any spices that you have, and fry it up. It sounds like you have the fixin's for tacos, with maybe some fried vegetables on the side. Sounds good! The mac n' cheese could be dessert if you're worried about cleaning out your fridge.

I'd quarter the tortillas, pan fry till crisp, and eat beans with them like spoons. If you can afford eggs (69 cents here in asheville),
then with the tortillas and beans you could make a mexican omelette, pour chili over it and it's dinner baby.
second idea, cook the spaghetti noodles, splash with oil and mix beans and al dente vegetables. Cold pasta salad. Might be ok with hot chili.
Good luck!
