I have hand drilled water at my residence about 75 feet deep. But when it was tested, it was found to have a lot of fluoride, and so I was advised to make defluoridation before using the said water. So how can I do it? And what are the health problems caused by too much fluoride in water? And can I be affected if I use the said water, only for brushing my teeth, bathing and washing my clothes? And how long does it take to see the effects of too much fluoride in human beings? What is the recommended quantity of fluoride in water? Thanks in advance for your answers.
