I don't think so. It is sliding down the list rapidly and after two hours I am number 18. Also the philosophy question area isn't so frequented. If you put the same question in 'dating' or 'entertainment', I am sure you'd get 50. I don't think there is any way to get your q back to the tope of the list, either.
