Where are some of the best night clubs, bars, etc. to visit in Tokyo for a single guy? I'm staying in Shijuku, but can get around.

Local gas stations have just started caring the new ethanol gas and it's about 60 cents cheaper per gallon. My question is can any type of engine handle this gas? Does it have an impact on the car's performance or gas mileage?

I run 2 laps and walk 2 laps (alternating) around a college-sized football track, I run up and down the stadium bleachers(up and down 30-35 steps about 4x), I do Tae-bo, and various crunches (side twists for obliques,leg extentions for lower abs).. Is this a healthy exersice regimine for one day? It all usually takes about 2 hours. I've been doing this for a few days and I'm a little sore. Am I doing too much?

I have a picture in one of my emails that I would really like to use as my avatar as I see many others do. I see that they are able to use a picture of anything really. I am so tired of these generic ones that yahoo offers you. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Thanks!
