Just tell him very nicely that you don't have feelings for him and maybe tell him that you're sorry so that he doesn't walk away with the full weight of rejection on him. He will be hurt, but it has to happen because you can't go out with a guy you don't have feelings for, it'll hurt him more in the long run.

Why would you consider going out with someone you call "fugly"? If you find him that repulsive, that you call him names, then of course do not go....but at least have the decency to turn him down nicely. It takes courage to ask someone out, and put yourself out there to be rejected...ugly or not he deserves to be treated with respect.
Treat others as you'd like to be treated.

If you don't want to go out with him than you shouldn't. It's always best to be honest. Don't do favors for people because you feel sorry for them. Perhaps you should just tell him that you are not interested in him.

Don't do him any "favors" with your attitude. He'll be better off not going out with a shallow person. Feel sorry for yourself...not him. You have a lot to learn about what's important in life.

Don't tell him that you think he's ugly...just tell him that you are sorry but you are interested in somebody else. There's no point in hurting his feelings unnecessarily by telling him that you don't find him attractive.

well say "hi i cant go out with you because I'm going out with another guy sorry".Or you can make a deal with him like you take him in a room and you act real sexy with him like show him your boobs and than you tell him you don't like him.

I've learned that when men get rejected they can get mean, not all of them. So if he does, don't take it seriously. But you are not obligated to date anyone you don't want to.
