yes, i know it sounds kooky! even i think it sounds strange. there was somebody on tv that related love as a mental disorder but... only as a joke. i took it lightly at first considering it was just for laughs. however, afterwards, i tried to make sense out of it. love does make you do crazy things. things that you won't normally do. you can completely forget, start to care less, about your surroundings and think only of that special someone. things that usually annoy you doesn't seem to bother you anymore since you're in love. also, your behaviour/personality starts to change a little. what else? hmm... some people can go beserk if they don't see their lover for quite some time. the distance can make them go a little insane. =)

what do you think?

p.s: don't get me wrong, though. i'm not putting down love or anything! i've been in love. i'm (sort of) still in love. it changed me a little.

I was talking to my friend and his fiance (who were about a month away from their wedding), and I mentioned that I was at a wedding recently where the couple rubbed a few people the wrong way.

Basically, they didn't go from table-to-table as a couple, thanking people for "Joining us today", "Sharing their special day", or just plain "Showing up". It was an average-sized wedding, by the way. . .maybe even on the small side.

My friend's fiance then told me that they're going to have no time to do that either, and not to expect it from them.

Do you think the couple (the one that didn't greet each table) showed poor form in any way, or are some people just way too sensitive?

African leaders fly their private jets from their multi million dollar palaces in Africa to New York and stay in presidential suites in the Waldorf Astoria before asking the US for money. If they sold their planes and their palaces and their gold and diamonds and used the proceeds to help their own nations, they'd be fine. We are always asked to help nations whose governments refuse to help their citizens. Look into why Roberto Clemente was on the plane he was on. The Nicaraguan Govt wouldn't let the supplies through to the citizens, they were hijacking them. Roberto was a symbol though, so he went thinking that his presence would enable the supplies to get to the needy. He was a hero.
Bono sits in his gigantic mansion preaching to cameras about how you and I should send half of our possessions to Africa. If he wants to be a hero, he should sell his stuff and go to Africa and help build hospitals and schools.
No hero has time for interviews or talks to cameras.

We produce children and hobby videos. It is hard for us to sell our product in large retail stores, cause people don't recognize our name. We do have a fan base, but we don't have the recognition that we want. The products are: toy trains, John Deere, and CAT Machines.

Any suggestions would be great. We are a small business, so nothing too expensive.
