I have to reduce 8kgs in 2 weeks maximum 3 weeks. bt i have to reduce 8 kgs before 1st August. can anyone tell me how???? its very important n urgent.

no bread, no starch, lots of fresh vegies. and like 3 or 4 greapfruit
a day . put on 2 heavy sweatshirts and exersise for 1 hour every day , and drink only water , It's not as hard as it sounds and youl see big results in a week

1) Purchase a copy of "The South Beach Diet". Put yourself on Phase 1 (it's recommended for 14 days anyway). This will restrict your intake of refined sugar and simply carbohydrates.

2) Buy a bicycle if you don't already own one. Start a systematic daily routine of riding for a long stretch. Day one, go for 30-45 minutes. You don't need to start fast, just make sure you go away from home for 15-20 minutes, then come home the same route. Keep increasing your daily ride until you're riding over an hour each day. If your physical condition can stand it, try for 1.5 hours or even two total.

You should begin to lose serious weight in about 7 days.

Yes you can do it. I've done it before. It's going to take discipline though. Dr. Atkins first books talks about the introduction phase to low carb eating. If I remember it's like a found day period where you eat nothing except cream chease (2 tbs), macodamia nuts and something else...I forget. I dropped 10 lbs in one week. Check out his book. It's in the beginning of the diet in the induction stage. Hope this helps.

Someone I know went on this ridiculous diet. They avoided starches, carbohydrates and phosphorus. They added some gels that scarred the intestine and artificially induced a malabsorption syndrome.
When the intestine healed, they gained the weight back and added more.

no one can lose 8 kg in 2 weeks cause the weight loss is just water.
if u want to lose follow gi diet or goerge cruise 3 hour diet.
please try to understand the process why we get fat first than try to lose weight.

Well eat healthy foods and ruduce how much you eat in a day. go exercising and do what you can that you know how to lose waight.
