The pitcher throws at 200 mph, right down the middle, every time (almost robotically). The batter hits a home run at every at bat (and managers will soon catch on, walking him). The two never face each other.

What if the pitcher consistently lasts 5 innings? 9? Does bunting matter? Poor catcher . . .

im partial to france.

mainly because thierry henry is my soccer idol, i think zinedine zidane is pretty darn sexy for a 34-year-old, AND because they are "just that good" with a nice mix of experienced veterans and fresh, new recruits.

This is one out of the many questions that are part of my summer math homework except mine actually tells me the area. I tried to figure it out on my own but I didn't get it. >< And when I asked my college friend, he said that there is a formula but he forgot what it is. So, could I ask someone who knows how to at least help with the steps--- for instance, u gotta know the formula which is ______ _____ _____ then....

Last year I went to a Muslim Country where I met a radical Muslim
who seem to hate everything American--but He told me that he prayed to Allah so that Bush come to power second term. Then he gave a very shrewd smile. I didn't ask him anything more.

i live in utah. i plant my elephant ears in large pots. at the end of the season i usually dump the dirt in the front garden for next year to use.
lo and behold, in the corner there are ee sprouting!!
so, my question is: what do you think are the odds of these ee surviving the summer. they are in 80%sun with moist soil.
i'm eager to see what happens, but wanting public opinion

What would you do if you stopped talking to one of your friends over the summer and then she asked your aunt what your problem was since you wont talk to her? Okay, she hasnt called me or anything either this summer, so its not just my fault that we arent that close anymore. She thinks that the world revolves around her and that nothing is ever her fault. What would you do? Say screw it and stop being friends, or just keep being friends with her and let her think that she can control me? Sorry if this is confusing!

I'm texting this girl from my school, and she asked me what I thought about her, and I texted her "you're cute.. and kind." When I asked her what she thought about me, she texted "Ur tall... and handsome!"

When we were standing around with my friends, my friends ask her "Do you like him (me)?" and she waits for a second and smiles and points to everyone and is like "I like you, I like you..."

We were taking pictures at the mall with our phones, and she doesn't want to have her picture taken, but when her friends want her picture taken with me, she does it. At school I tried to take her picture with my camera phone, but she said "no.. together" so we snapped a picture of us together.

She has a boyfriend but he's in a different country. I asked her out to see a movie with me as a group of friends, and she went.

Does she like me? Are these signs she likes me as well? She also texts me first sometimes, so it's not all me. I'm sure she knows I like her already. Is she leading me on?

Hey! I've been swallowing my gum since I can remember, and I have never had any problems with it. My friends say they could never swallow gum because it feels slimey going down their throat or something--I've never noticed that, personally. I know the whole "gum will stay in your system for seven years" thing is nothing more than an old wives' tale, but I was just wondering if anyone else out there swallows their gum, and if you do/don't, why? I just read a question about the Lord's Prayer that asked about the Lord leading us into temptation. The prayer asks the Lord not to lead us into temptation. Why? It doesn't ask that the Lord give us the strength to resist Satan's leading us into temptation. What's the deal.
Please do not quote a lot of inane scripture and give lots of goofy speculation. WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF THE PRAYER? Was the phrase a blunder?
