It all depends. Some men will shoot a lot, and some a little. Its all normal and just fine. Also, the more often that you ejactulate, the lower the volume per ejaculation will be.

there is typically a little resavoir at the end of the condom. if you are over filling that then you probably better always wear a condom or you will have a football team.
