Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.

Take folic acid

Relax

After sex hold your legs up for about 10 minutes so the sperm dosen't come out as quickly

Good luck

the person above me has NO clue!! lol

ooo kay if you are on any form of birth control, stop taking it. Depending on how your body reacts to it you could get pregnant right after discontinuing its use or up to 2 years later. So what does that mean? Sex... lots and lots and LOTS of sex. Sounds good huh? It is as long as you and your man keep it interesting, cuz the same thing gets awefully old really fast. There are no special positions tht help you get pregnant. If someone says there is they are ignorant and wrong. Also watch for the FIRST day of your period- about 14 days later is ovulation- which ios a great time to try to get pregnant. Start trying 2 days before ovulation and continue to 3 days afterward. That is the BEST time. also make sure for your sake and the babies sake you drink plenty of water and get plenty of calcium. If you havent already started taking a multivitamin, i suggest you do so.

Another tip... let him orgasm before you do. During female orgasm the vagina creates a bit of a vaccuum and will suck up the contents of the vagina into the uterus. Better chance for pregnancy! Good Luck hope this helps!

I think Kayla forgot something more important than calcium . . . FOLIC ACID to prevent brain and spinal birth defects. In regards to calcium, your body has stores of calcium. Once you reach the age of 30 or so, your body stops "banking" additional calcium and starts taking needed calcium from your bones. Calcium is best absorbed at night and your body can only take in 500 mg at a time.

If you are under 35, it may take up to a year to conceive. If you are approaching a year, go see a specialist. If you are over 35, the time frame is six months.

Because a woman's cycle varies every month (hormonal flucuations), great predictors of ovulation are monitoring your basal body temperature. That means, everyday, at the same time each morming, before you get out of bed to even pee, take your temperature. Keep a log. When you see a slight dip in your temp, you are approaching ovulation. Another way to check for ovulation is by checking your vaginal secretions. When your cervical mucous looks like raw egg whites, you are ovulating. You can also check your cervical placement. Up high and open also indicates ovulation. Good luck.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/51901

If you are on any form of birth control, stop taking it. Then, it takes at LEAST 3 months to leave your system. Then, of course, you have to have sex. Leave the sperm inside of you and lay down with your legs propped up to kind of help ease the sperm to your eggs. Lay like that for at least 30 minutes. Of course, make sure you are ovulating when you have sex. I'd buy an ovulation monitor. It will tell you when you're ovulating. Good luck!

you have to calculate first day of your last period... then figure out 2 weeks from that day is the day you ovulate.. ask your family physician about a ovulation chart or download it off the Internet!
