Oh my gosh! Miscarriage/Pregnancy? Women that have been through this please answer?

I just had a miscarriage/D&C six weeks ago at seven weeks along. My doctor told me to wait for my first period before we tried to conceive again. I took my pregnancy test after my D&C like my doctor told me and they were negative. Well... I took two pregnancy tests last night and they were both very positive! I haven't had a period yet and we were very careful every time we had sex! I am scared to death I will miscarry again because I got pregnant again so soon. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you have a successful pregnancy. Please be nice, I've had a very hard time with the loss of my first child. Please pray for us!
