I attended a loud rock concert 5 days ago now. Following the concert I had tinnitus in both ears and trouble hearing. Normal (or seemingly normal) hearing returned to my right ear after about two days. However my left ear still has ringing, and sounds are extremely muffled. Is it normal for it to take so long for hearing to recover? What are the chances that I'm facing permanent damage?

What are good and bad in our life? which sources can tell us that a certain stuff is good or bad? lemme tell you an example; we all are human beings, something is good for me and bad for someone else, and vise versa... Around my work, I have noticed that smokers are out taking a "break" at least once an hour. Everyone is guilty at having some screw-off time at work (internet, personal calls, etc...) but if smokers do that AND take smoke breaks all the time...they actually work less than non-smokers. Any thoughts?

I bought a reciever from Wal-mart, it had a USB port on the back and a slit on the frount, I'm assumeing somesort of card goes there. The mannual down't adress eithor if these ports. Can anyone tell me what they're for. What can I connect to the USB? What is the slit on the frount for?

Im moving into a new place with my bf, so we'll both be going into a new apartment. What I am asking is, how should the bills and rent be split, I make less than he does, he makes double what I make every hour. So far we've considered 80% of my weekly salary and 80% of his weekly salary to go towards rent....is this a good idea? And what about everything else? Phone, Internet, Food? If you need more details let me know.
Also we both have our own cars (his a 2003, mine a 2004 lease) and insurance to pay for, although he has his life insurance to pay each mth as well, im sure it is not a lot though.

My cat Jelly is a 2 yr old male and is neutered and has all his shots

Every time you fill in an online form, to obtain a product, some service, or to register.. At some point you're asked to submit. I know what it means, but can't help the feeling I should kneel down and praise the company or person I'm submitting to.. And then I get stubborn and rebellious, before I submit again. Here on Yahoo Answers I submit far too much too! Can we come up with another word to go on a "submit" button? Ideas, please?

I expressed my feelings to a guy who basically never really answer any of my questions. I was informed by him that he was ok and seeing someone. However, he asked me right after could he come see me sometime, plus he signed me up to this website that keeps current information about you. Info includes phone number and address. Also, the questions that I asked him was things that had occured between him and I. This man also asked me out and never came through with it.
