http://www.fertilityfriend.com You just put in your data & it does the charting for you. There are also "tutorials" you can go through to see how the charting works.
Also the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Wechsler (not free, but worth every penny)

Read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler, and copy one of the different charts she gives. They all come with an explanation of how to use them.
