It will take as long as it takes to return, possibly up to a few weeks. Depending on the level of db's and how often you expose your ears to this kind of punishment, this is normal. The chances that you've done permanent damage seem pretty slim, but you should be more careful in the future. While waiting for your hearing to return fully, you should refrain from listening to any loud music, and in the future, wear earplugs (if you don't have earplugs, roll up some toilet paper into plugs).

RE:
How long should it take for normal hearing to return after a loud concert?
I attended a loud rock concert 5 days ago now. Following the concert I had tinnitus in both ears and trouble hearing. Normal (or seemingly normal) hearing returned to my right ear after about two days. However my left ear still has ringing, and sounds are extremely muffled. Is it normal for it...

I go to a lot of concerts, and for much of my life have worked in a printing plant with loud presses.
I have lost (my estimate) 80% of the hearing in my left ear,but my right ear is still strong.
I also have never ending tinitus, which drives me crazy.
I would stronly advise earpugs if you go to any more concerts (yeah, I know that's gay) but it will save your hearing.
Don't end up like me.

It would be best to see a hearing professional and have your hearing tested. All it takes is one extremely loud event to cause permanent hearing damage. If you have hearing damage, I would stop going to loud concerts, movies, lawn mowers and the like without hearing protection.

Well you should definatly go see an ear specialist, not a doctor, but a specialist. They will tell you exactly what is going on in there. How was the concert? lol

A day or so, unless you had problems before, then it could be a few days.
