I sleep alright, it's getting to sleep.
I seem to have developed this "condition" where I wake up about 5-10 times right before I fall asleep, but with no air. When I wake, I have to gasp for air, but seconds later I'm almost asleep again, then It repeats.
There's no pain or anything, but I just thought maybe someone out there might be able to help.
Without me going to the dreaded doctor.

If you didnt read my last few questions(let me bring you up to speed.) my EX did me really really bad and now I have been looking for a woman for several months with no luck. I know Im not a majorly attractive guy but damn ugly guys need love too. Anyway she has been calling me and leaving apoligetic voicemails for the last few weeks. What do think I should do? I mean its not like the females are beating down my door to talk to me, but on the other side of the coin, if you get some crap off your shoe you shouldn't go step back in it. Give me your opinions.

i had unprotective sex about a week ago for the first time, i took the morning after pill,but am now worried i might of caught an STD as it hurts when i go for a wee. im also sore abit, and today i found blood in my nickers but my friend told me thats what happens after the morning after pill.. but surely not 6 days after? im going to the clinic on monday but am just scared incase i have caught anything.... if enyone had the same symptons and didnt have an STD please replay asap as im so worried. My sister is 5'4" she weighs 175. she had a baby 19 months ago and just has not lost the baby weight. her and her husband want another baby but she wants to lose the weight first, and her husband wants her to lose weight and look like she did before baby. she weighed 130 lbs then. she had her baby by c-section. so she is doing a rapid weight loss diet plan that she made up her self. she is eating nothing but yogurt with grapenuts cereal in it and drinking lots of milk and water and doing a work out tape for abs and buns and also walking. is this healthy? can she eat nothing but yogurt and grapenuts? she is wanting to do this for a week. i told her it may not be good for her and she is insisting on doing it. is there another rapid weight loss plan that she can do that would be healthier?

I have a cheapskate bf. So, when he pays for the date he gets sex. When I pay for it he does not. How many guys or gals have done this. I figure if he had to go and pay for a bj or sex it would cost him a lot more then it would taking me out.

I'm a teen girl and I completely respect the fact that so many other girls around my age do, I'm just curious why- I'm not trying to offend anyone or judge them for their feelings or whatever... personally, I think he looks a little weird though... and all of the fans assume that he's all sweet and all this and all that, but who says he really is? I mean, I'm sure he could be, but you never no for sure, right?
