I have a cheapskate bf. So, when he pays for the date he gets sex. When I pay for it he does not. How many guys or gals have done this. I figure if he had to go and pay for a bj or sex it would cost him a lot more then it would taking me out.

So you are saying YOU have to give something to get something but when you give you get NOTHING???? Something is definitely wrong with that picture. Find you a man that will cherish you and want nothing but to love you in return. Men like that really don't stay around long they usually look for someone that will take care of them so they can keep their money in their own pockets.
You have the RED flag don't ignore it.

Don't use sex as a reward for a date! If you are consenting adults then you should know that it will eventually pull you apart because of the dependance on superficial love. IF you are teens, you should be more careful and build the relationship on loving one another and not trying to "feel like adults". Don't be in a hurry to grow up, enjoy your youth, but don't use sex as repayment or as a weapon. It will only take away respect that a person has for you.

Dump him. If a guy doesn't pay he doesn't get a second date. Only have sex if you want to and not as a payback. If he thinks he is paying for sex, then make sure to charge him about 100 dollars for the sex.

So you have to pay in order to not have sex with him, he expects you to have sex with him if he takes you out?!? How long have you let him get away with treating you this way? Does this sound like a healthy relationship to you?

That is so wrong on so many levels! Drop the looser and get with someone who will treat you like a real woman. Someone you want to have sex with even if he hasn't bought or paid for anything!

hmm when money gets in the way, kind of in this situation, the relationship suffers like hell.

If he's sooo cheapskate, and you can't deal with it, you gotta have something else than prize and punition system... like you pay once, he pays once, or something that's only money related.

And no, that never happened to me before

That is a little sick, but if you are fine with it then I guess it is your call. Paying for sex is not cool at all. Sounds to me you need to find a better boyfriend.

And you're still with him? Its time to move on. Sex is a shared event based on the feelings and emotions shared between two people. If he's treating you like a cheap hooker, then its not worth it.

that is a bizzare way to look at things. You should have sex as a way to express your emotion, not as a payout for what you got. If getting taken out is that important and your boyfriend doesn't or can't deliver get out...for both of your sakes.
