I mean what is the allure of having kids to them. I don't see anything cool about being teenager parent. Having to do homework and change diapers or any of the other problems that young pregnancy can have. Oh and girls who are trying to get pregnant in there teens; teen moms are a huge turn off.

I am the Vice President of our Homeowner's Association. The president has resigned. Our By-Laws state that each year the Vice President automatically becomes President. We have 3 months until new election for the 2006/2007 year. I will have to assume the role of President now that the President has resigned. Is there precedence to whether I will automatically continue as President in the 2006/2007 year? This is a new situation for our Homeowner's Association. The reason we structured the By-Laws this way is so the incoming President will be familiar with the board and the current business of the board.

I've spent most of the past two months in bed with a herniated disc and am getting desperate. The doctor assigned some exercises but I'm used to doing more exciting and active things like kickboxing, which I guess I will never do again. So what can I do, besides walking? I have never done yoga before but it sounds like an option. Does anyone have any experience with this?
