Okay, this is really gross, but my friend's grandmother used to tie thread around the base until they rotted off. Other than that, a dermatologist can laser them off. I don't think there's a product you can apply to get rid of them.

If you tie thread around the skin tag (cutting off the circulation), it will painlessly fall off in a couple of days.

Tie a piece of dental floss around them. They will get necrotic and fall off after a while.

My dad had a few on his eye lids and the Dr. froze them off. You might want to try tying a thread or suture around it and it will fall off or cut it off. Oh god please don't do that last one..lol
