This morning I saw a man working on a live electrical box (one that is connected and has electricity) He was stringing a bare wire past the electric meter and he was touching the metal power pole which is obviously grounded.. I know quite a lot about electricity, and this was very dangerous..
Should I have warned him or not??? Did I have an obligation to say something???? What do you think.

my husband applied 4 my permanent residence in dec2004 and my application was approved in may 05 but i havnt got my documents yet. evertime i used to call immigration they said that my medical results are missing but till now i have got them done twice and i even have the tracking no which says my medicals have been delivered on feb 24 i dont know what immigration is doin i m very depressed please find me a way out. i want to meet my family but i cant till i get my permanent resident status. i will be very thankful to you if u can give me any advice.

This is a petroleum refining question directed to chemical engineers if any are present. I presume the numbers are higher than 85 because it could not be volumetrically blended with some petroleum-derived gasoline components which have lower than 85 octane #'s required forthe regular gasoline grade? We have been married 7yrs my daugher was 3 when we married it was all good until we had our own children(2). I see the difference in their treatment ,my daughter sees the difference, and even other people have asked what happened because they see it too. we have talked and talked and now my daughter is starting to resent him. Im hurt because I want this to work out but I can't explain this odd treatment he has built against her. She is a good kid and so loves him but this craziness has got to stop or it will force me to leave. She asks me why this or why that. I can't even explain it to her. And when I ask him what has change he says notheing. He walks around the house ignoring her, he wont even look at her he leaves the room when she comes in to wach TV and she is literally in tears about it. What do I do?

Hi i have a kitten who is 6 months old and has never stayed ouside at night and has just recently started going out side during the day for a short peroid of time. we have a field at the back of or garden witch is a fair way down from the top of our fence in our garden.
