Ok, my question is- people say that if you drink chilled/cold water it will help you burn calories because the body burns calories to heat up the body temp from drinking the cold water. If this was true and not saying it isn't, then why do people get more fat in the winter when there body is chilled a couple months of the year in some parts? wouldn't your body burn calories almost all day , and if you go swimming in cold water does that make you lose weight ? just wondering

Can someone please recommend some good products for an at home facial? I'm in the mood for some pampering today, but most salons are closed...or it's too late for an appt...

I'm 26, and I have combination skin, that can break out sometimes, but isn't too bad right now. My skin is pretty sensitive too, many products irritate my skin.

I would like to have a will just in case, we never know and also so as the law of intestacy no longer apply to me. The thing is, I have to pay for it and if I can avoid paying, I would really like that. So, is there any way of having a will written without having to pay or get it written cheaply?

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea of what the going rate would be to paint a Victorian in Central PA? It is a large Queen Anne style, about 60 windows, no turret. About just over 1/2 the windows are original and are 12 panes over 1 large pane. The windows in the 1st floor are all vinyl replacements. 3 entry doors total. The porches do not need painting.

It will need the old paint scraped off although I believe that should be very easy. The house is currently covered with asbestos/cement shingles and the original siding underneath probably hasn't been painted in at least 60 years. I pulled several of the asbestos shingles off and the paint on the original shingles underneath comes off with just minimal effort.

I am not including the cost of removing the asbestos shingles with the painting (already have that worked out). Just the actual scraping/prep work and painting.

I don't know if it is a good choice or not because I want to help people even better! Little people! (kids) so I surfed the web and was looking through differen kinds of doctors and this one stuck in my head. I want to work in a children's hospital, but some of my friends and family members said that I can't do it because I would get attatched to eac and everyone of my patients.
