The real risk is promiscuous sex with multiple partners. Two people seeing only each other can do anything and everything and still be pretty safe in the STD department. The good communication that dedicated partners usually develop can minimize the potential damage from anal sex, too.

Well, If you only engage in sex with someone whom you are married to and only with in that way... there are very few risk..
Therefore, don't have multiple sex partners in life, use morals!
