Yes -- if you know exactly where the state line border is you can have a foot in each one. Several places where you could be in three states by putting your arms in the third state. Even a very famous landmark where you can be in Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico all at the same time.

Yes, I do it all the time at the Border Station between Virginia and North Carolina. There's a line down the middle of the store and I deliberately put one foot on each side so I can be in both states.
