My knees are simply stiff and will only bend to a point before anymore will cause pain. Going farther is possible, but its tough. I want to make my knees flexible without straining them through large amounts of pressure, particularly in ways such as the traditional japanese style of sitting with the legs tucked under, which I can do, but through pain and stress. I'm under twenty so any tips you have should be helpful and managable.
