Then grab a phonebook and call one or call you local hospital

You can find EMTS, Nurses and Doctors on here "sometimes", That could help you with your situation..
But better yet... You could get advice from actual people that have been through/are experencing the same thing as you..

Go to the hospital and get what you need and when the bill comes just don't pay it. That is free.
