Call the bank and ask them for your balance. Or, if you have online banking priveleges, you can retrieve your balance from the internet.

Look at the balance on your paper statement or set up an online account with your bank if they have that option and check it that way. You can always call them too to see what it is.

You need to balance your account. Take your most recent statement (there is probably a worksheet on the back), and write down the ending balance. To this amount, add any deposits that ARE NOT LISTED. From this amount, subtract and OUTSTANDING checks or debits. Voila!...your correct balance!

You should go to your bank's website and register for online banking (if you haven't already).
Just type in your bank's name in the search engine or contact your bank for a website, then register your account.
