You need to take care of this ticket. Your signature is not required. The ticket is as valid with or w/o your signature.

No, not at all. Some state's don't have a place for the violators signature at all. If the officer forgets to sign the ticket it is still a legal document. Best bet is to go to court and ask the officer for a reduction in the points and fine.

no longer all jurisdictions require you to signal a cost ticket. some departments have you ever do it as a way of recording that you received the cost ticket and are promising that you'll ensue in court docket, some do not difficulty with the practice. In both case, in case you do not obey the summons, you get a warrant out for your arrest. And it has no relating the cost.

no after you get a ticket the cop calls in and they put it on your record
