I need to have proof of his past before we go to court next month. He is trying to get custody of my 2yr. daughter. I recently found out he had a past that may involve drugs and since we split he has started to turn to durgs once more. I scares me to think what he is capable of but i want to have the information, if i need it. Me and my husband have together almost 3 years. We are both young and we had a great sex life when we were dating and the first year of our marriage. Now we have sex maybe 7-10 times a month sometimes more and i want it almost every night. He works 9-10 hours a day and when he gets home he is always tired and says he is wore out. He is pretty overweight and he had high blood pressure. I feel like he doesn't want to have sex with me and i cry alot about it, even though everynight when we got to bed he holds me and tells me he loves me and we play around(not sexually) But i want sex and it kills me that he doesn't. But he does get in these moods where he can't keep his hands off me. I need someones opinion?????

Ive tried tarballs and the executable ones, forgot the name of the extention.
None of them seem to install correctly, i always am missing a dependency or somthing.
What might I be doing wrong? I'm running in root. I just clean installed the OS, shouldn't it come with a method to install software?
