I don't recall the French, Germans or Italians having a/c carriers.
Staple aircraft (manufacturers) of the Italians were Fiat, Macchi, Savoia Marchetti. The French used Bloch, Dewoitine, Farman, Martin (a US built plane), Moraine-Saulnier, Potez, Caudron, Breguet and Amiot among others.
Australia had it's own aircraft manufacturer in Vultee, Canada had De Havilland (Canada), other than those, aircraft used were generally bought form other Allied countries.
Britain and Germany both had PT boats before the Americans did.
I'm sure I've missed some out from the above but hope it helps!

A great place to ask this question is the Usenet newsgroup soc.history.war.world-war-ii. There are some real experts there; some of them even fought in that war.

But it would be even better if you did your own research. Use Google or other good search engines and you will soon have your answers. For example, to find out if France had aircraft carriers, do a Google web search on "World War II France aircraft carrier" and you will probably get some useful information on whether France had any carriers.

I have partial answers for you:
1. Germany had no aircraft carriers. They started building one but never finished it; I think it was converted to another kind of ship before it was finished. I don't know if France or Italy had aircraft carriers.
4. Canada was not a "minor" Allied country. As a Canadian, I know we trained a large percentage of the flyers and air crew for the entire British Commonwealth and played key roles in many major battles and campaigns, including Dieppe, D-Day, the liberation of Holland, the defence of Singapore and Hong Kong, etc. We didn't have as many people as the US or Britain but minor is not a very fair label either. Belgium was occupied by Germany from May 1940 until almost the end of the war so Belgium can't really be called an Allied country, except for whatever help they gave to the Allies between the outbreak of war in 1939 and the German invasion in spring 1940 and the few months after they were liberated in late 1944. I don't think Brazil played a significant role in World War II; I think they were neutral but the experts on soc.history.war.world-war-ii would know for sure.
5. The US used PT boats. John F. Kennedy served on one such boat, PT-109, during the war and became President of the United States in 1960. I don't know if any other country used PT boats.
