I need to have proof of his past before we go to court next month. He is trying to get custody of my 2yr. daughter. I recently found out he had a past that may involve drugs and since we split he has started to turn to durgs once more. I scares me to think what he is capable of but i want to have the information, if i need it. If anyone knows of a web site that can help me PLEASE let me know. everyone that i have found you have to pay .

It is free. You would only have to know what county or city it happened it. Call the courthouse and ask the clerk. You will probably need his full name, birthdate, or even SS#. However, it is public information!! I know... my hubby's an officer. Good luck to ya. You might even talk to some of friend's and see if they'll testify. I would also definitely record any phone conversations or exchanges of the minor child. A dictaphone hides well in one's clothes!!!! :) Best of luck to ya!! Also... calendar's sometime's hold up in court (so long as you fill it out on a daily basis- like a journal).

There is a web site www.criminal history.com, that will tell you anything you want to know. What they did, how long they served, etc., and it's free. My son-in-law was arrested and the cops wouldn't tell us anything, but, we found out. Good Luck..
