cool or threat???

i like rock and some rap. (but rap in very small doses) &some feel-good songs.
i play guitar and 2 other instruments by ear.
almost all my friends are guys.

I work full time in a kitchen at a resturant..the kitchen manager is the boyfriend of the owner..he is not much of a manager..he sits in the tavern and drinks beer all day if he can...or he will sit and drink till he has to come in the kitchen to set up a banquet...he does give good advice about health laws in the kitchen..but he doesn't go by them himself or have the young kids (guys)go by them either..no matter what i do he is on me like white on rice..and only me...yes i have talked to the owner about this..only probblem is..she doesn't hear how he talks to me when he calls me stupid or lazy..i need my job to pay bills and keep a roof over my head..what would u do?

We just finished Motorcycle Week here in New Hampshire and we had more deaths this year (9 of them) than in the past 5 years. 90% of them were caused by motorcyclists riding on and over the yellow line.

Before you yell at me...I am a motorcyclist...I know that it is easier to see around the vehicle in front of you but, there is a limit. There is no need to ride over it or even on it.

I think it's funny that people who pride themselves on being open minded would have such a double standard. If you take a conservative position, why do liberals revert to name calling and stereotypes. Why do they insist that people who live in the south are all stupid? That anyone who believes in God is extremist. That anyone who supports the war in Iraq is brainwashed. Why doesn't their "tolerance" include tolerating views that they don't agree with? Is that tolerance at all? Why do they say they support the Constitution, but not the free exercise of religion, as stated in the first amendment?

I moved to colorado about 3 months ago now and its really nice here but me and my boyfriend that I have been with for 2 years have stared having problems..we fight all the time now. I have no friends or family here and all I do all day is watch our 9 month old lil girl. He comes home and gets on the comp and plays games till bed time. I really dont want to leave but I feel like if things dont get better than I have no choice than to go back to Texas.
