Think about driving in a car. The front controls the direction while the back fish tales if you lose traction. Or, if you were sitting in the back of a roller coaster, you are pulled along and feel more of the tracks bumps than in the front. In the back you are feeling the drag and more G forces as you take off and land (being pushed back into your seat). To feel less movement, sit close to the wing.

You have the problem of the bumpiness and also it can be more uncomfortable for your ears. Since you are closer to the engine, it can make you ears pop and have more problems. Sitting closer to the front will be a lot more comfortable.
