I moved to colorado about 3 months ago now and its really nice here but me and my boyfriend that I have been with for 2 years have stared having problems..we fight all the time now. I have no friends or family here and all I do all day is watch our 9 month old lil girl. He comes home and gets on the comp and plays games till bed time. I really dont want to leave but I feel like if things dont get better than I have no choice than to go back to Texas. I need to find new friends and get out more but how and where..should I just leave now or stay and try to make it work??? Help me please b4 i go insane..thanks

my suggestion would be to find new friends, I'm not sure if attend church but that would be a good place to start , good luck !

Colo. Rev. Stat. 24-seventy two-308 someone could petition to have his arrest and criminal documents sealed if the guy became no longer charged with a criminal offense, if the case became thoroughly pushed aside, or if the guy became acquitted, except the offense became no longer charged, or the case became pushed aside, by using a plea settlement in a separate case. If the offense became no longer charged, or the fee became pushed aside, by using a plea settlement in a separate case, the guy could petition to have the documents sealed if: (a) the petition is filed 15 years or greater after the date of very final disposition, and (b) the guy has no longer been charged for any criminal offense interior the 15 years because of the fact the date of very final disposition. documents no longer eligible for expungement are those pertaining to: (i) any type a million or 2 misdemeanor site visitors offense, (ii) any type A or B site visitors infraction, or (iii) DUI; or (iv) unlawful sexual habit. Colo. Rev. Stat. 40 two-4-1715(a million)(b)(I) Upon application, a courtroom shall expunge all documents concerning a conviction for using with a BAC between 0.02 and 0.05 if the defendant: (A) can provide a request and can provide you recommendation; (B) is over age 21 and the courtroom action with reference to the offense has been concluded; (C) has no longer been convicted for the different offense committed on an identical time as defendant became decrease than 21; and (D) will pay all fines for the conviction and completes the different standards. C.R.C.P. Rule 251.33 Arrest documents are immediately expunged 3 years after dismissal.
