In Pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and generic name. For example, the trade name of Tylenol also has a generic name of Acetaminophen.

Aleve is also called Naproxen. Amoxil is also call Amoxicillin and Advil is also called Ibuprofen.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one

I watched Jay Leno on The Tonight Show tonight (it was June 19). Keanu Reeves was the guest, and there was a REALLY GOOD BAND that played right at the end of the show. I went to NBC's website to try to look up who the guest was, but what they showed for tonight's date (6/19)was not who was on the show. Apparently I saw a repeat from June 12 (the Keanu Reeves night, according to the site). Can't see the entire night's lineup when you look at the "last week's shows" schedule. There was a kinda large black guy singing, and everyone in the rather large musical ensemble was dressed like a graduate (robes, mortarboard...) The song was AMAZING. I didn't get all the lyrics, but he kept saying something about, "I think you're crazy"...

Can you help me out? Who is this band? Jay said it right at the end, but there was so much noise drowning him out, I couldn't understand him.

My hair is naturally wavy. When I wash it let it air dry, everything's normal. But when I blowdry it, it seems like waves just disappear - my hair almost isn't wavy at all. Why does that happen? I can't let it air dry during the winter.

I have a sexual problem and i wondered if anyone else has had the same problem, and if its normal. I have not been with a man for a long time, and i have always tended to my own needs. the problem is, i cannot orgasim. No matter how hard i try, i have used all different kinds of things to help out, and nothing works. I used to have no problem, now, i seem to get i guess what men would call, blue balls. I get so frustrated, and it starts to hurt down there. has anyone else had this problem before, and if so, what did you do? I'm 18, heading to college, but staying in town.The ex bf (Kevin) has 1 yr left of highschool, and Drew, the new guy is 16, two years left. Kevin and I are "on a break" right now, because we fight all the time, and he under appreciates me. When I told him we needed a break, he broke down in tears telling me he'd change and that I'm the only one for him. During our 2 month break (right now) I put up an ad and found Drew. We met and things went super well... he's so much more sweet to me, and we have a lot more fun. He's got a few physical things about him that bother me, but are changeable... like the kissing. But the distance bothers me. We talk every night, on the phone or online, and both of them know about each other and that I'm dating both of them right now. Kevin is really making an effort but he's just not as sweet as Drew. We're each others firsts and bestfriends- it's hard to accept him as less than a BF or picture him with anyone else. Any suggestions? :(

Why can't science and Christianity go hand-in-hand? Just because the Bible doesn't always make sense, does that mean that the whole thing, and it's ideas, can not be true? Why do atheists try so hard to rebel that they end up as ignorant as the Christians they criticized? Why can't all religions be considered pretty much the same having the same basic beliefs -- because they have different names? Why can't connections be made between common beliefs in the religions? Why can't the different names of religions represent slight differences in beliefs, or how one worships, instead of big ones?
