long enough to feel dizzy,heavy,frustrated, excited, rewarded, delightful, special, blessed and preoccupied.because that's how i've felt with my three kids.i'm 25 now and i have just delivered my 3rd baby last jan 17 thru a n emergency caesarian operation type of delivery.But, it's ok to feel like that, it would only last for nine months or less.or if it's your first baby, it might be about 10 days over nine months...i did, on my first and third baby.Cheer up gilrfriend, not all women can bear a child, you are blessed.Sometimes you might not feel you like it but when the baby starts to moveor when you hear its heartbeat, you'll surely do. Entitled to off time from work?? I guess it depends on where you live. Canada you get 1 year off with part of your pay.

A leave from work 3 months and in some countries 2
u can stay up to 6 according to law but will get paid for 2 months

Most employers let you have between 6 months and a year off after the baby is born - most of that is WITHOUT pay.

time off? 6 weeks at 90% pay then 20 weeks at £100 per week. a further 26 weeks unpaid.

If your talking about maternity leave - it used to be 6 mths but i'm sure it's been increased to 9 mths. Although your employer doesn't HAVE to give you full pay.
