How about the guy around here who has a new theory on global warming? I hear he's in line for a Nobel Prize!

If you really discovered a new atomic property of electrons I'm sure that you would all ready know the right people to first get a peer review and publication. Try a prestigious research university... they will not jack your idea... those people always get wet on new ideas.

If you discovered a new law about electrons, you should already be connected well enough not to have to ask, or at least smart enough to figure it out.
