i drive a 2003 ford focus. the fan in the ventillation system arbitarily cuts out. if i leave it in the ON position for long enough after it gives out, it emmits this really acrid, foul odor. but if i turn it off and wait a bit, it turns right back on. it will work anywhere from a couple seconds to a couple hours. is this a known problem for this year/make/model? i'm hoping it's an easy fix. any suggestions to what could be causing this?

I have this friend who has been talking behind my back and also inviting our "group" different cool places, then telling them not to tell me. As a single mother I am constantly baffled by the number of young men and those who are supposedly more mature who are not involved in their kids lives. Most mothers would prefer that you spend constructive and nurturing time with the kids than give them the tiny sum the court awards. Most men get so upset with what they think the mother is doing with the money that they forget it is possible to take care of your kids from the start to avoid the anger that child support brings. Buy your kids clothes and personal items yourself and you won't need to worry about where your money goes because the receipt is in your pocket. I'm also tired of the lame argument that you didn't ask to be a father. You made that decision yourself when you laid down with no protection. Just because you were both irresponsible then don't make the child pay for it

Have you ever noticed that the tv channels go from the 60s to the 70s but theres no 80s channel numbers? Does anyone know why? It might only be where I live, in Illinois, but its just kinda wierd.

.... when people insult Muslims/Arabs/MEasterners? I do. It angers me to see bigotry of any kind. For example, there are lots of beautiful White people who are loving and not prejudiced. When they hear bigots insulting Blacks, Hispanics, and other minorities, these good White people get upset and embarrassed, rightfully so. As an American, that's how I feel whenever other Americans insult the MEast, Muslims, Arabs, etc. It angers and embarrasses me. The insults are so awful, and it makes us look so bad! I really wish it would stop.

Does anyone else agree? And please, no insults or bad talk here. Let's keep this at a rational, adult level.
