First of all, if you can't phrase it properly in English, you'll never be able to get an answer.
Second, if the two balls (3x and x) collide and 3x has no further displacement, then all the energy of both balls must be accelerating x. So you have xv☺ + 3xv☻ = 2xv☻ [I'm using ☺ and ☻ to demonstrate opposite directions.] This follows conservation of momentum.

you were not clearly observing what was happening, what was the initial speed of each ball? Any answer given to this question will be acording to someones view and there is no uniformity. try to ask again in a different way like a physician

When two thing collide it meas they literaly kiss.what happens at collision can be understood by kissing someone. There is loss of mass(salive and sweat)Than you ether stick to each other or you are repulsed. At what spped you are repul;se dependesnds how fast you were trying to kiss.
It is really a physical question ;very interesting.
