Let me preface by my previous experiance.

I opened an E*Trade Account several years ago with the minimum $1000..

I bought 100 shares of HASBRO @ around 7.50 a share and 100 shares of SPACEHAB @ around 3.00 a share...

The Space Hab stock tanked, and my account 'value' dropped below $1000... at which point E*Trade started charging me $25 a quarter, decreasing my account balance even futher... I eventually cashed out my account and got about 600$ after having E*Trade take 250$ in fees from me.

I was not happy and I have not invested since then.

Now I am married and I am looking to open a stock account again, I do not mind high 'per-trade fees' but I am not willing to pay account maintanance or other 'add on' fees to make someone else rich...

I am not a 'constant trader' and I can do my own research... I just want to buy several stocks, hold on to them for a while (1 to 12+ months) sell them, buy more, and later take out some of the money.

Scott has a $500 min deposit.

I asked for Bible verses on being self centered, arrogant, & vain. The reason was because some people have hurt me because they were these things. Now, I'm writing a letter to them because I don't think they realize just how bad they hurt me and also letting them know I forgive them. Is it considered using the Bible as a weapon if I put a Bible verse at the end?

People who support abortions always say that it is a womans right to choose. But if a woman refuses a C-section and her babies die or kills her 5 year old child it all of a sudden becomes a murder and not her right. But shouldn't everyone be given the right to live. Regardless who helped bring them to the world, life is not their choice but the person who is going to live that life. A 4 to 5 month baby in the womb can already sleep, wake up, burp, move, suck its thmb, kick, pick its own favorable sleeping postion, and even already has developed a personality. If that isn't living to you then I dont know what is.

I will like to know someone elses opinion on abortion.

Do you feel that the government has the right to tell a private buisness owner how to run their establishment, no smoking allowed? Is this no a form of discrimination, no smoking allowed, yet a buiness owner cannot have an establishment that is say for smokers only.

Isn't making the Illegal Immigration a "Illegal Mexican Issue" going to make the people that are natural born citizens and the legal immigrants dislike them? We have more than just illegal Mexican immigrants in this country. People need to start focusing in on the whole problem, not just a section. Unfortunately, the "Day without an immigrant" was started by and observed by mostly Mexican Immigrants. What are your thoughts? Curious minds want to know. I am far from being a racist, and have immediate family that are of Hispanic origin, so please dont send me hate mail, just send me your opinion of the issue.
