Do you feel that the government has the right to tell a private buisness owner how to run their establishment, no smoking allowed? Is this no a form of discrimination, no smoking allowed, yet a buiness owner cannot have an establishment that is say for smokers only.

No, government should keep their involvement in private businesses to a minimum. To the people that say they are doing it to help you live longer, how would you like it if the government took away your alcohol so you could live longer. What if they decide we will be safer if we don't drive. A lot of people die in car accidents every year. Maybe they should take away your chocolate so that you don't die of a heart attack. The point is, it is because of people like you that we allow our leaders to take away more and more of our personal rights. We are talking about the rights of a business owner to allow smoking in a restaurant that he/she owns. If someone doesn't want to be around smoking then they can go to a non-smoking restaurant. There are plenty around.

I feel that smoking should be allowed. Im not a smoker but, smokers are addicted to smoking. There's no way to stop them.
It's the power of Nicotene. And for the smokers only thing. Maybe. Because some non-smokers insult smokers.

Yes, I do feel that way because there's nothing worse than going into a restaurant with people blowing smoke in your face.

It has no right.Our American Government is a Capatalist government.Meaning that they cant do that.Everyone has the right to own their own buisness.
