how many women out there feel the same as I do about tv shows these days on how they show womens body parts and how they dress skimpy and how they just use women in every day use of life but in a simpy way like monday night raw or ecw wrestling how the girls dress and show there butt cheeks and how they have diva contests that does not deal with men fighting am I right.I think it is just putting us women down and those type of women are just putting there selfs down along with us. I think there should be a change. Like last night on ecw they had a girl strip but not all the way because it is tv and not paper veiw but on paper veiw they do show it. Please tell me how you feel about this

First off, I am a far left southerner. When I was a teenager, I had a confederate flag in my room. We called it a 'rebel flag' back then.

To me, it never represented anything racist. That actually never even crossed my mind. It represented being willing to stand up & rebel against things or organizations I didn't agree with. You know like most teenagers feel...

Now, it seems to represent racism and I just feel that history is being not only rewritten but that this flag is being misrepresented.

For example, the Civil War was about the South wanting to break away from the Union not slavery. A lot of ppl seem to be unaware that Pres. Lincoln actually told the south they could keep their slaves as long as they would stay in the Union.

The abolishment of slavery came after the end of the Civil War because the south basically had insisted on the war for other reasons & flat got whooped hindering them at the will of the North at that pt.

Why can't ppl educate themselves before judging?

My boyfriend and I do not want my brother at my house because he is still friends with my ex. My ex-boyfriend beat me over the course of our relationship for over a year. He Stalked me at my work when I was finally able to leave him, and threated to kill me and anyone else I went out with. My new boyfriend knew nothing about him, but my ex smashed out his windshield and a window from his car when we first started dating, then almost a year later he got into a fight with him at walmart. Soon after he began attempting to set up my new boyfriend up at work (he delivers), and have him deliver to empty apartments on his block where him and his friends would "jump" my new boyfriend...until the point where his work would no longer take deliveries to my ex's street. Now, after all this, and the beatings and abuse I took, my brother is still friends with him (my ex). Am I wrong for not wanting my brother at my new home until he is no longer friends wit my ex?(we have a new baby also)

How do you negiotiate a salary with a director of nursing for a house supervisor position? I have no clue what to even start the amount at. where could i find information about standard salaries in my area? can i admitt that i have no idea where to start, and have the DON suggest a salary? and then negotiate from there? how do u figure in for the overtime that you might be expected to work, but since its salaried, wont be paid for? of for double time on holidays that only hourly workers would recieve????????

I have never really put on make-up on my own or like done the whole thing like foundation, mascara, eyeliner etc. usually if it was a big event I'd have someone else do.
