I'm not understanding, I need insight. Last night, I was let down yet again. I am cursed beyond belief. I know I should be grateful, but it's very very hard. I'm unhappy. My sister wants to be a pro athlete, now I know it's tough and seemingly unattaintable. Aren't you supposed to have goals? She has the talent, drive, determination, dedication, she works so hard. She's worked hard for a long time. I've dreamed of being liked by people(friends) and having a bf( and love) yet the bf and the friends seem to be unattainable. Yet I did for some1. We are 20-26. She is 26. We've struggled for 10 years or better. There's a glimmer of hope sometimes. We get close and then big disapppointment rolls around. Call me crazy, but I'm cursed. Quite possibly those chain letters. Though I've had a bad life before that. I lost my grandma, my cousin lost her father to a 16 y/o who didn't use the signal and he wasn't wearing his seatbelt, my other grandparents I worry about, they drive me nuts. I worry ab

I'm frustrated at the prices which UK stockbrokers charge for trades in UK and elsewhere. In the US online trades are around $7-10 whereas in UK they are £7.50 - £15. That's up to 4 times as much. If you trade often to take advantage of rapid price fluctuations, the charges will rob you of almost all your profit.

Surely there's a way to trade from the UK at US prices?

I have tried Charles Schwab, Etrade.com and Ameritrade, but none can accept a UK resident.

Some people are just plain stupid these days. Like the instance of KFC being sued because it causes clogged arteries. Well no ****, did they think it was going to make them healthy eatting it on a daily basis?!?! Its their own fault and lack of judgement that caused it. They should have used some self control and shouldnt have ate it. Also exercising helps, thats why theres a place called a gym. Some people are so lazy they wont get off their butt to get some exercise, no wonder americans are the fattest people on earth.

When one has young children (under the age of three), one obviously ends up spending a good deal of time at home & it's difficult to get to the gym. However, most treadmills and exercise bikes have moving parts that are dangerous for small, curious toddlers.
