to wait until she's ready, b/c if you pressure her into she's not going to like it or like you, and 2ndly you should wait until your older and more mature to have sex

Well-if you have to ask her for it, then you might as well pay her. Girls don't need to be asked to agree for sex. If she wants to she will let you know, either verbally or through actions.
