Yeah, that's right! Companies should be able to sell whatever they want, and if people get hurt by it, that's just too bad. I have an idea for a new side dish for KFC: it's called The Colonel's Razor Blade Taters. It's mashed potatoes with a twist! Also, KFC's Fried Surprise. When you order it, they throw a cup of hot grease on you. Probably won't get many repeat customers, but it's got low overhead, so that doesn't matter.

It is stupid, I agree, but it is part of having freedom. The smart and the stupid are equal to sue who every they want. Once you take away their freedom you take away yours as well. It is our right to be fat and over weight. But look at the bright side, If it keeps up, obesity could be a good form of population control. Conspiracy maybe. Oh yeah, FYI- Mexicans are about to pass Americans in the race for the fattest people.

It's a fallacy to make a judgement like that without knowing every detail, history, and circumstance about the case. We don't ever get the full story from popular media, and what we learn from hear-say is even more incomplete.

Thank you ~ I agree with you 100% Americans need to quit blaming EVERYONE else for their problems & get off of their fat lazy a$$es. I haven't watched it yet, but I know that the Discovery channel or TLC is running a show called "Honey we are killing the kids" MAYBE some parents will start to wise up and do what's right for their kids & themselves. Nothing aggrevates me more than to see an obese child. Ok...I'll get off my soap box now !!!!

I agree with you...as the years go by..personal responsibility gets harder and harder to find...
It is always someone else's fault.....That goes for health..employment..education....everything....
If more people would stand up straight and take responsibility for their own actions..and their own lives..the world would be a better place to live in...
The epitome of this are smokers....They are told it is unhealthy their whole lives..they keep doing it anyway...then, when they contract lung cancer..they cry and try to sue cigarette makers....What sense does that make?

I 100% agree with you. Unless you have a medical problem(like thyroids) then if your fat its your own fault. Put down the drumstick and pick up a dumbbell.

I agree with you 100%. Peole just want to blame others for their own mistakes and shortcomings and don't want to take responsibility for their actions.
