Because the powers-that-be don't consider it alive at conception, which by the way if you know how early the heart and other body parts start forming, you may disagree with them.

In reality it all boils down to.....people are stupid. If you are the type to consider abortion (IT IS MURDER) then stay away from sex. What did that baby ever do to deserve its mothers hatred anyway?

I believe that in certain cases abortion can be seen as a possible solution, in such cases as incest or rape. But in the other cases that the partners are just not being careful with birth control they should be responsible for their actions. In any case abortion is a serious issue, and a serious thing to do. It's not something to take lightly. The woman that makes that choice to kill her unborn child has to understand the extreme emotional consequences that she will feel afterward. But we need to remember that this is America and women have a choice. We also have to remember that if a woman is really determined to abort her child then she will, whether it's legal or moral to do so. And she may find a way to do it that could bring harm to her as well. In any case it really doesn't matter what we believe is right or wrong, that would just be pushing our beliefs on someone else.

Roe vs. Wade protects the mum's rights to abort her unborn baby. If somebody different than the mum reasons the youngster to die against the mum's needs mutually as the toddler is interior the womb or shortly after start, then the guy is charged with homicide; examples are DUI injuries or the mum's actual abuse that reasons an toddler's dying. the government is happy with human unborn deaths because of the fact human beings are no longer a risk-free species, and the toddler is carried by potential of the mum and the mum has extra beneficial rights below the regulation than the unborn infant. So if the mum does not choose her infant, the child would nicely be taken out of the mum's womb and thrown interior the trash by potential of the U. S. regulations, because of the fact the mum's rights to do as she pleases are risk-free. whether the child's father needs the youngster, the regulation won't rigidity the mum to offer start or avert the mum's rights to an abortion. Endangered species' unborn are referred to as risk-free and someone killing unborn endangered animals would be charged with crimes for each animal infant dying that the guy become responsible for killing. If somebody is killed after someone has been born and introduced domicile from the well-being facility this is seen homicide, ie. the grown guy, or youthful baby.

Everyone will know the correct answer to this question on Judgement Day. Who would you rather be on that day? An abortion doctor or a caring pediatrician? A mother who made a life choice and had her baby put in a scrap bucket or a mother who lovingly raised a child?

because they use stupid reasons to justify it.

I can use this to prove those reasons wrong.

S = Size
A pre-born baby may be smaller than a newborn. But large people are not more human than small people, nor do they deserve more rights.

L = Level of Development
If self-awareness and intelligence define us as human beings, that means those who are more intelligent have the right to exploit those of less intelligence. Obviously, this is not the case.

E = Environment or location
Changing location does not stop us from being who we are, be it traveling from one city to another, or eight inches down the birth canal.

D = Degree of Dependency
Some people believe that a pre-born baby "becomes" a human being when it is capable of surviving outside of the mother's womb without artificial support. Yet there are people who depend upon insulin, heart pacemakers and diabetes medication, and without them, they will not survive. This does not make them less human than us.

Who cares? If a mother doesn't want a baby then let her have an abortion. Its better than another baby to be put in child services or abandoned or something. but why do people care so darn much? It's not a big deal.

ooooh, finally something controversial.

A baby is not considered alive at conception in the eyes of the law, I believe.
It is my understanding that the laws view a fetus as alive when it is viable, or in other words, when it would be able to physically survive outside the womb. Technically, until then, it is a parasite...if you think about it.

Abortion is the woman's decision that is carrying the child (not the govenrments, religous people, etc.) I would much better see a child aborted than to see it abused physically, sexually or mentally. Children born to people who do not want them have a life that is very cruel. I personally think that if a woman has more than one child and is a drug addict, alcoholic, or has anything wrong that would cause her to be a poor mother, she should be fixed so she could not have children anymore.

Abortion stops a beating heart.....so it is murder to me. I wish it werent legal. Its sad to me. I dont think the mothers understand how much guilt they will feel for the rest of their lives. Im sure they are just thinking of a quick solution to their "problem" without thinking about the loss of a life.
