Chicken, because it is white and tender. Lamb is associated with sympathy. Steak looks and is disgusting when rare. Pork just sounds wierd. Fish smells.

Chicken, steak...not so keen on the rest. Pork and lamb I find a bit too fatty and I am not keen on fish too much.

It was definitely fish until I saw the additional detail re. minted lamb shank!! But fish still wins.

Like them all, but think steak has to come top, followed by pork, fish, chicken and then lamb!

Chicken. Fried chicken is the world's most perfect food.
Then pork, because there is nothing comparable to a good Italian dried sausage made from pork.
