I've heard that there are a few vitamins or supplements out there than you can take before you start drinking that will prevent a hangover in the morning. which vitamins/supplements or food can you have to prevent the hangover??

My son age 10 -1/2 refused! It was embarassing. There is no way I could have forced him to because I fear he might have felt like I was robbing him of his dignity or something! My daughter who is 9 was a little scared and embarassed but to my suprise she cooperated. The Dr. wanted to check their private parts and I can only assume this is a normal part of the wellness exam. Any advice or comments from moms on their experience with this will be appreciated. Thanks.
