2x-6-3x+15=21*(x-2)
-x+9=21x-42
51=22x
x=51/22, but I don't think you meant multiply by 7 at the end.

2(x-3)-3(x-5)=3(x-2)7
2x-6-3x+15=21(x-2) ---- use distributive law, multiply number in front of brackets by everything inside; 3x7
2x-6-3x+15=21x-42 (used distributive law again)
2x-3x-21x=-42+6-15 (moved x to left side, numbers to right)
-22x=-51 (collect like terms)
x=51/22 (both sides divided by 22)
>< i think you forgot a plus/minus sign... weird to have it like that
if it's +7...
2(x-3)-3(x-5)=3(x-2)+7
2x-6-3x+15=3x-6+7 (distributive law)
-x+9=3x+1 (simplify each side)
-4x=-8 (collect like terms by moving x to one side, no. to other)
x=2 (divide both sides by -4)
if it's -7
2(x-3)-3(x-5)=3(x-2)-7
2x-6-3x+15=3x-6-7 (distributive law)
-x+9=3x-13 (simplify each side)
-4x=-22 (collect like terms)
x=22/4 or 11/2 (divide both sides by -4)

2 ( x - 3 ) - 3 ( x - 5 ) = 3 ( x - 2 )
( 2x - 6 ) + ( -3x + 15 ) = ( 3x - 6 )
2x - 6 - 3x + 15 = 3x - 6
2x - 3x - 3x = -6 + 6 - 15
-6x = -15
x = 15 / 6
x = 5 / 2
x = 2.5

I think it is 2.318, but it is unusual for there to be something like the 7 at the end.
